And they say that only women create problems for themselves out of nowhere! According to statistics, the average (erect penis length) is 5. 16 inches (13. 11 cm). Almost 90% of men have a size that fits right into the normal range - from 4 to 6 inches (10. 16 - 15. 24 cm).
In a survey of 52, 031 heterosexual men and women, researchers reported that 85% of women reported being satisfied with their partner's penis size, but only 55% of men were satisfied with their own penis size.

"The penis is a vascular organ full of smooth muscle. You might end up with something lumpy, lumpy and splotchy – not at all what you were hoping for, " warns Seth.
Implants
Permanent implants placed under the skin have been available for decades. They were previously used to treat patients with severe erectile dysfunction. But in 2004, the Food and Drug Administration approved a silicone sleeve called Penuma for cosmetic penis enlargement. It costs 13, 000 dollars. The study, published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine, looked at 400 men who had the opportunity to try Penuma implants. What did the respondents get? Almost all men who participated in the study with RestoreX received positive results. "With penis enlargement, it's more complicated. There are no known treatments that show real results without injections or surgery, " says Trost.
Jelqing
There is a lot of information on the Internet about jelqing and special stretching exercises - during their performance, the flaccid penis is stretched and massaged with fingers or a special device. But the obtained result is not permanent, and such manipulations carry a considerable risk. "I've had many patients come to me after jelking, barely holding back tears. Common consequences include a numb penis, ruptured or strained arteries and veins, and erectile dysfunction, " warns Cohen. Impressive list, isn't it? Cohen also adds that some of the "side effects" of jelqing are simply irreversible.
Pumps
Vacuum pumps work like a pump - they cause a rush of blood to the penis. But the resulting effect is short-lived.
37 men participated in the study, published in the journal BJU International. They used vacuum pumps for 20 minutes three times a week for six months. What were the results? Absolutely unimpressive - the length of the penis increases slightly, and the subjects themselves were not very satisfied with the experiment.
Trost does not recommend using pumps even to treat erectile dysfunction, as the problem can only get worse. "We need to find out if erectile dysfunction is the result of young men trying to increase the girth of their penis with these devices. In terms of treating ED . . . patients try a few times and then put the device on the shelf, " he says.
Pills
Don't believe everything you see on the internet. No matter how enticing the advertisement is, no matter how happy the men and their girlfriends look on the bright banners promoting any product, use common sense. No miracle pill can make your penis bigger - that's what science says. "There are no supplements that will increase the size of your penis, " says Cohen.
